Foreign Exchange Control Regulations

The Argentine Republic has historically alternated between free exchange policies and policies of control of inflow and outflow of foreign currency, particularly in international trade transactions of goods and services.

We have extensive experience in advising local and foreign clients, focusing on foreign exchange transactions analysis and assisting clients in the process of obtaining local authorizations and the settlement of foreign currency transactions.

We advise on foreign exchange regulatory requirements and administrative and judicial procedures, particularly on defense strategies, filings, discharges and follow-up and processing of the relevant administrative summary proceedings and their subsequent judicial stage.
